Support Options

We want to make developing your intuitive website (TM) as easy as possible for you, so we offer different support solutions.

All of our customers have access to a customer area where resources and FAQ are listed for how to utilize your hosting tools as well as your intuitive website interface. All of the intuitive website interfaces come bundled with audio instructions on how the interface works. In addition to this we offer the following optional support plans:

Optional support plans:
Support plans are for technical support using the intuitive-website toolbox. Graphic design work and website consultation are not included. Website consultation/marketing support is billed at $125/hour. Graphic design/programming work at $75/hour.

As needed support: $75/hour - for e-mail correspondence and phone support.

Email support: $20/month gives you e-mail support (up to 5 emails a week unless a real emergency)

Phone & Email support: $55/month gives you e-mail support (up to 5 emails a week unless a real emergency) and up to forty-five minutes a month of phone support. Additional phone support will be billed at $2.00 a minute.
